Radkyně - the first written mention of the village, located between Pecka and Nova Paka, dates from 1543. Its foundation in the first half of the 16th century and its existence until the 17th century are confirmed by finds of sherds from vessels from this period. In 1888, while digging stumps in a nearby forest, local citizen Jan Kuhn found two gold coins with the name Gustav Adolf. Most probably these are coins of the King of Sweden…
