Prostejov

The Renaissance castle, which stands in the city center on the west side of the square, is one of the many landmarks of the city of Prostějov in the Olomouc Region. The exhibition hall of the Museum of Prostějovsk can be seen in part of the castle. The castle is a four-story, four-wing building enclosing a small rectangular courtyard. The artistically very valuable entrance portal and some window and door linings have been preserved from the original decoration.
