Prostějov-plague column

On TG Masaryk Square in Prostějov, the Marian Column from 1932 was incorporated into the park arrangement of the square in front of the Old Town Hall in 1714. The column is decorated with motifs of angels. At the top of the column is a gilded statue of the Virgin Mary with the baby Jesus, which was donated by the distinguished lawyer Karel Schllenberger, who worked in the service of the princes of Liechtenstein.
