Villa Waldstein in Příper, a local part of Děčín, is the first independently realized building by the prominent Czech architect Josef Mocker. She had it built between 1870 and 1871, in the then spa of St. Joseph, Countess Franziska von Waldstein-Wartenberg. Since 1945, a social institution has been located here, which is why it is not accessible to the public.
