Opatovice Reservoir

The Opatovice water reservoir was created on the Malá Haná river and was completed in 1972. It serves as a source of drinking water for Vyškov and its surroundings. There is a loose dam, at the foot of which the water reaches a depth of around 33 meters. Thanks to World Water Day, it was possible to visit places that are otherwise hidden from the public eye.
