The bloody battles for the Svíb Forest during the Battle of Hradec Králové on July 3, 1866 are widely known. Due to such great losses in one place, we can find a large number of different monuments and memorials. Some are more well-known, some less so. The latter include the monument to the fallen soldiers of the 13th battalion of field hunters and the monument to the fallen soldiers of the 26th infantry regiment. Perhaps for the reason that they are not located on any of the main roads…
