Popovice - Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary

Popovice - the dominant feature of the village, the Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary, is located on a hill in the middle of the village. The current church was built in 1663-70 near the site of the original church, which was demolished in 1780. The side altars inside the church were transferred from the Valdice monastery. A parsonage was later built on the site of the original church.
