Podoliby - pbec was first documented in writing in 1363. In the 15th century, the village was owned by Havel Zvířetický. In 1623, Albrecht from Valdštejn became the owner of Podolib and neighboring villages. During the 30-year war, the village almost disappeared. Today in the village, on the landscaped village square, we can find Lipova alej and a belfry with a crucifixion monument. There is a new rest area for cyclists.
