Floor - church of St. Markéty

The baroque church of St. Markéty, standing on the site of the defunct monastery in Podlažice, was built between 1696 and 1721. It is a three-nave basilica with an aisle around a three-sided presbytery and two towers in the facade. The church houses the tomb of the Hradec Králové Bishop Jan Kryštof František from Talmberk. A bell, dated 1548, hangs in the northwest tower.
