Písek-town hall
The Baroque Town Hall in Písek is located in the northwestern part of the Great Square. The two-story baroque town hall building with two towers was built in 1737-1764. Construction was started by Václav A. Jermař and was completed by A. Müller and František Pfanner. In the triangular tympanum there is the coat of arms of the city and above it the statues of Justice, Strength and Patience and decorative vases made by Leopold Hueber from the Czech...
