Písek - Powder Museum

An important building of Czech castle architecture. It was built in the second half of the 13th century by the Písek-Zvíkov steelworks for the Czech king Přemysl Otakar II, who personally supervised its construction. The castle stood on the outskirts of the city and was designed really generously.
