Declaring something to be depreciable is probably quite a tricky thing. It was probably fully manifested on the last day of July 2019. Due to increased media attention, all major domestic televisions and radios were present, and of course, in some places, a large domestic audience. You don't see a bridge like that being destroyed every day. And finally the "embarrassment" when demolition fails.
