Peníkov - water saw

A remarkably well-preserved saw with a waterwheel drive. A small pond above the building serves to improve the flow and retention of water. Access to Peníkov is easiest from Český Rudolce towards Stálkov/Staré Město p. Landštejnem.
According to the records, the sawmill certainly stood in 1865. The waterworks included a mill, which has been rebuilt into a recreational facility and the technology has not been preserved. The mill was used until the end of World War II...
