The park managed by the town of Jablonec nad Nisou is located between the dam body of the Jablonec dam and the U Přehrady road. It was artificially built after the completion of the dam, i.e. after 1909. The regulated Mšenský stream flows through the park, flowing from the dam outlet and heading towards the city center.
