Opatovice

The village of Opatovice is located south of the city of Brno and on the left bank of the river Svratka. To the east, near the village, the route of the D2 highway connecting the cities of Brno and Bratislava runs. Opatovice is a larger agricultural village with 950 inhabitants. The Dunávka stream flows through the village and there are two ponds in its course in the western part of the village.
