Nyersko (city)

Nyrsko is located in West Bohemia, southwest of the city of Klatovy. The city is located at the western edge of Šumava and in the course of the Úhlava river. The city is surrounded by forested hillsides. The peaks of the Šumava Mountains rise from the southern edge of the city. In the southern direction from the city, the Nýrsko water reservoir is built on the Úhlava river, which serves as a drinking water reservoir.
