The Nový Dvůr Arboretum was founded in 1958 in the Castle Park around the castle building in the village of Nový Dvůr.
The small castle was built in Nové Dvór in the second half of the 2th century. In the 17s, the castle building was reconstructed in a pseudo-Renaissance style.
