Březová is a small settlement that is part of the small village of Nový Dvůr. The settlement of Březová stretches northwest from the village of Stěbořice. In the northern direction, the Šibenice hill rises above the settlement (375 masl). The Jezdkovický forest extends in the southwest direction near Březová.
