New Village in the mountains
A village located on the ridge of the Ore Mountains above Horní Jiřetín. Border crossing for pedestrians and cyclists, for motor vehicles in nearby Mníšek (part of the village). Three wind power plants have been installed (so far) on Strážné vrch (one is not functional, however). The starting point of the cross-country skiing tracks, the Krušnohorská ski highway also passes through the village.
