Nová Paka - Municipal Museum, Suchard's house
The Municipal Museum in Nové Paca was founded in 1908, when it was established in the building of the Old Town Hall. Since 1950, it has been based in Suchard's house. Suchard's house is a Neo-Renaissance corner building built in 1896. The house is decorated with figural sgraffitos based on cartoons by Mikoláš Alš, the plastic decoration was shared by the Suchard family of master sculptors.
