Hope

The recreational mountain village is located near Mařenice in the woods east of Milštejn. The settlement here probably arose in connection with the local glass smelter, later with the mining business in the vicinity. It was mentioned as a village in 1612, and its name was probably derived from the name of the local tunnel.
