The Plague Column of the Holy Trinity on Lázeňské náměstí was built in 1718-19 as thanks for averting the plague from Teplice in 1713. The author of the design is the excellent Czech Baroque sculptor Matyáš Bernard Braun. VA Bümel undertook the realization of the stone work; sculptural decorations then Braun himself with his workshop.
