Moravské Budějovice - Chapel of St. Jan Nepomucký
The chapel was built in 1713 by Terezia Polyxena, the widow of Václav Renalt from Schaumburg. The chapel stood in the cemetery, which was built between 1617 and 1620. According to the wishes of the testator, the family coat of arms of the Schaumburg counts was placed above the entrance to the chapel, and in a niche on the gable, a statue of St. Jan Nepomucký. Currently, the chapel serves the Evangelical Church of the Czech Brethren.
