Mikulov Church of St. Wenceslas
When viewed from Mikulov's main square, it is so drowned in the surrounding buildings that only a tall tower with a walkway can be seen. And because it juts out from the rock to the sky in close proximity to the castle, an uninitiated visitor may think that it is part of a proud feudal residence. Surprisingly, we cannot see the entire nave even from the tiny Kostelní náměstí, and we only get some kind of impression of its shape from the observation decks...
