Bear stone-Bärenstein

Part of the Bear Trail is a monument to the last shot Šumava bear. The monument can be found approx. 2 km from Jelení vrchy in the direction of Černý Kříž. The monument is located on the side of the main road in the forest. An information sign warns us that we are near it. The bear's body is part of the museum's exhibition forestry in Hluboká nad Vltavou.
