Ski resort Máchovka

The Máchovka ski area is located in the immediate vicinity of the winter stadium in Nové Paca, so in addition to tourists, it mainly serves the residents of the Krkonoše Mountains. The ski area is most often used by parents with children and school youth. The slopes are technically covered with snow by a mixed system of propeller cannons and snow-making rods (Happy Snow, ARECO, SNOWSTAR and BÄCHLER). The slopes are groomed daily by PistenBully and Leitner snowmobiles.
There is a 400m-long Dopelmayr lift with anchor carriers with speed control, Tatrapoma S with plate carriers 200m long, a 60m-long children's cable ski lift and a 30m-long ski belt for learning to ski.
The downhill tracks are equipped with measuring equipment for races and the public.
The ski area is an important starting point for machine-groomed cross-country tracks - classic 20 km, skating circuit 6 km.
The parking lot is at the boarding station, where you will also find toilets for immobile and newly reconstructed restaurants.
The area, which is equipped with a snow park and a ski cross track, also has a children's park with a ski carousel.
