Ski area Karas - Mezihoří

The northern exposure of the slope in connection with the frost basin of the Mezihorské údolí gives great conditions for long-term maintenance of natural snow, even at a relatively low altitude. Another advantage of the site is that it is the closest catchment area for the Hořick, Ostroměřsk, Mlázovick and Bydžov areas and is very accessible. The slope is groomed by a snowmobile, which is owned by the association, and thanks to this technology, the duration of the slope is significantly extended. Parents who do not ski can let their children play sports and supervise them from the warmth of the nearby hut, where they will certainly not suffer from thirst or hunger . Visitors can conveniently park approximately 100m from the lower station of the lift, right in the village of Mezihoří. They have a large enough parking lot on a landscaped meadow.
