Litovel-Kolář's villa

In the eastern part of Litovla above Uničovským pond stands a spacious family villa built in 1923 for the family of the notary JUDr. Jan Slaměník. The building, which mixes pseudo-Renaissance with Art Nouveau, was designed by engineer Julius Schmalz, who also built it together with Otakar Douša.
