At the crossroads on the Alley of the Dead we find four monuments: a granite column on the sandstone Rock - originally a monument to Colonel Karl Poeckh, now dedicated to the II Battalion of the Austrian 21st Infantry Regiment. The sandstone monument with hunting emblems is dedicated to Lieutenant Jakub Pollak and 18 soldiers of the 1st battalion of field hunters.
