Lanškroun ponds - Eduard's spring
This is an abundant source of drinking water, which has been known here since ancient times. It springs from the ground in the local Obora forest complex in the valley of Ostrovského potok near the dam of today's Sun Pond. It was originally called the Lime Spring because it was made of white-gray marl stones. In 1861, it was painstakingly rebuilt by Lanškroun sharpshooters and a place of worship was built here.
