Kutná Hora - Hrádek - Czech Silver Museum

 
Hrádek resembles a small castle not only in name. It just doesn't have a castle tower. It was originally a wooden fortress protecting the city, but it was gradually rebuilt into a residence. It changed several owners, who gave it a spectacular Gothic appearance, and in 1490 it was bought by Jan Smíšek from Vrchovišť for a hefty sum. This new owner could easily be the patron saint of all rich people.
