Cross stone - Sivice

The cross stone is located at the beginning of the village of Sivice in the bend of the road from Tvarožná.
The flat cross (or reconciliation) stone is probably the oldest monument in the village.
According to legend, the stone was planted in the ground at the beginning of the 9th century by Constantine and Methodius. According to another version, the stone is supposed to commemorate the stop of St. Vojtěch on his way to Prussia at the end of the 10th century. But more likely is its origin in the 15th or…
