Bones as decoration

In the local part of Kutná Hora - in Sedlec - you will find two important monuments. The first is the Cistercian monastery with the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary - an important monument from the UNESCO list. The church was built in the years 1282-1320 and was burned by the Hussites in 1421 to remain a ruin for almost three hundred years.
