Berounsky Church of St. Jakuba was already built in the 13th century together with the establishment of the city. A century later, a tower was added and the baroque bell tower was completed in the 17th century. The three-nave church has preserved Gothic elements in the presbytery in the form of a cross vault, as well as the foundations of the church and part of the perimeter walls.
