The princely forest near Nosislav
It is a complex of alluvial vegetation in the floodplain of the Svratka River, which is interspersed with the meanders and pools of the Šatava River. The floodplain forest area is often flooded by water from the Svratka and Šatava rivers. The forest apparently derives its name from the then noble owners of the nearby Židlochovice estate.
