Karviná - the only two statues of St. Patrick in the Czech Republic

Two statues of St. Patrick from the 18th century. they were left by Mylord Niklas Taaffe, Count of Karlingfort, who came to Silesia from Ireland and had his residence in Fryštát (part of Karviná). One of the statues can be viewed at the Church of the Exaltation of St. Crosses in Karviná (the other stands near the church of St. John the Baptist in Dolní Lutyn).
