The pilgrimage chapel of St. Mary Magdalene from 1707 stands in the central part of the Český středohoří near the old foothill Slavic village of Tašov.
The chapel stands on a rocky wooded hill and the road from Tašov to Rýdeč. Since 1945, the pentagonal chapel has been very dilapidated. It was repaired in the nineties of the last century.
