The village of Jaroměřice is 4 km east of Jevíček in the direction of Konica. The Renaissance chateau is on an elevated site on the northern edge of the center of the village. Jaroměřice became a place of pilgrimage after the plague in 1683, and a baroque church with the Stations of the Cross was built on Mount Calvary.
