Jablonec nad Nisou - old town hall, today the city library

The building of the old town hall, today the seat of the city library, is a dominant feature of Dolní náměstí, in the northwest corner of which it stands. The building was built between 1867 and 1869 by the Liberec builder Gustav Sachsers as the seat of the municipal office. The main post office and the district office were also located here. After the construction of the new town hall, the city library was moved here.
