The end of the valley in Kouty nad Desnou is formed by a large natural amphitheater bounded by the peaks of the ridge Velký Klínovc and Výrovka on the north side and from the southeast by Hřbety, under which the continuing Divoká Desná valley seems to bend (but rather turns) to the east somewhere below Praděd and Vysoká holi.
