Houska Castle stands on Zámecký vrch in the middle of a wooded landscape. Houska Castle is located in the southern part of Českolipsk in the Liberec Region. The massive castle building has a quadrangular floor plan with an enclosed central courtyard. Valuable is the Green Room with paintings from the 16th century, the knight's lounge, the castle chapel with restored paintings is admired.
