Hoštejn is a small foothill village with 450 inhabitants and can be found under the western peaks of the Zábřežská vrchovina, in the western direction from the town of Zábřeh. The village is located at the confluence of the Moravská Sázava and the Březná River and in the southwestern part of the Březná Nature Park.
