Hirsch's villa, or rather the Castle, was designed by the Pilsen builder F. Kotek (it was completed in 1892). It is one of the purest examples of Neo-Renaissance architecture in Rokycany. The isolated building is facing the factory yard on the north side, while on the south side it faces the landscaped garden, which ends at Madlonova street.
