Originally, it was a waterside court with several cottages, which first fell under the Vizburg, then Rízburg, and later under the Ratiborica goods. It was also called Heřmanice, and in order to avoid confusion with Heřmanice near Jaroměř, the estate was subsequently named Heřmaničky.
