Hejnice, the torture of God in Lázeňská street.

Right on the edge of Hejnice, on the left, on the way from Lázní Libverda, there is a very nice and well-maintained torture chamber. The roughly worked prism is finished with an arch above which there is a cross. Below is a small statuette of the Virgin Mary. The picture could be St. Hedvika Slezská with a model of a church. At the bottom is the inscription "RENOVATUM ADMMVE.HOCKEET. E. LOFFLER.". Apparently a repair note. The Passion of God was carved in 1673.…
