The Frýdlant battlements are among the most popular tourist destinations in the Jizera Mountains. It is an unmissable rock formation, at the top of which there is a viewpoint with a wooden cross. It offers a panoramic view of the Jizera Mountains, including Smrk. The name is supposed to evoke a similarity with the battlements of the Frýdlan castle. The easiest way to get here is by following the green tourist sign from Hejnice.
