Filipov
Filipov is a small recreational settlement, located in the Bystřička valley about 1,5 km northwest of Česká Kamenice.
It was founded between 1733 and 1736 by Count Filip Josef Kinský, and already in 1747 there was a mill here, the owner of which was the local magistrate Siegmund Eschler. In 1787, there were already 49 houses here, and there was also a school here from the beginning of the 19th century at the latest. In 1848, Filipov reached its highest number of 354 inhabitants. IN…
