This one-story and five-axis house with a pair of arcades on the ground floor and a gable roof was built on the site of the original Gothic building from the 15th century, as evidenced by the preserved cellars from this period. It was rebuilt sometime in the 16th century and acquired its last appearance together with the Neo-Renaissance facade in 1881. The first mention of the existence of the house comes from 1551, when it was bought from Vít Nechvíla...
