This one-story bourgeois house with a gable roof was built on the site of 2 original Gothic houses, as evidenced by the preserved cellars from that time, which date back to the 15th century. The first mention of No. 32 dates from 1553, when Vaněk Krajčí sold it to Řehák to Vraštil.
