This building is classified in Jaroměřské rynku, but after its construction it belonged for some time to Komenského Street, which was built on the site of houses No. 18, 19 and 20, which were purchased by the city in 1884 and subsequently demolished. The original Orthodox house of the same descriptive number stood here already in the Middle Ages, as evidenced by the preserved Gothic cellar, which dates back to the 15th century.
